[reSIProcate] compile error finding UINT_MAX on linux fedora 9

Anyone else seen these kind of compile errors on linux: 

 

ClientRegistration.cxx:438: error: 'UINT_MAX' was not declared in this scope

 

Adding limits.h fixes this, but I am wondering if I missed something during
./configure.  ???
