[reSIProcate] compile error finding UINT_MAX on linux fedora 9

	I have not seen this myself, but you're probably using a newer  
version of gcc (you seem to be using the latest and greatest pretty  
reliably).

	Maybe we should put the include in rutil/compat.hxx?
