[reSIProcate] Maybe there have a bug with 1.3 RC1

I'm using Visual C++ 8.0(Visual Studio 2005 with SP1 and SP1 for Vista
Update), My OS is Vista+SP1.
complied My applications and reSIProcate with MT and MTd mode, others are
using default settings.
