[reSIProcate] Releases and SVN Revisions

	In general, if you want to check out a release from svn, use https:// 
svn.resiprocate.org/rep/resiprocate/tags/resiprocate-<version>

Usually, there is not a revision in main that will correspond  
directly to any given release; this is because we use release  
branches so work can continue on main without interfering with the  
release process.
