[reSIProcate] Register refresh has invalid ReqURI

Hello,  I've compiled the current subversion source for resiprocate and gag for use with gaim 1.0.3.

I've observed that the first REGISTER message works fine, but that refresh registers are sending malformed Request-URI with a user portion, which obviously results in a 4xx from my registrar.

I'm attaching the resiprocate.log file.
