There are many factors here and you have provided very little detail.  If your clients are behind a NAT you should configure repro to do record routing and if your clients aren't using RFC5626 (outbound) then you can use the EnableFlowTokens setting.

If you are still having trouble, please post repro DEBUG level logs.

Right - sounds like what I mentioned in my first response.  Examine the SIP messages for these headers and look at the DEBUG or STACK level resip log file output to trace in more detail.

This is typically caused by an incorrect address in the Contact header of the 200 (or RecordRoute header if present).  Inspecting the actual SIP packets should shed some light.
