This is typically caused by an incorrect address in the Contact header of the 200 (or RecordRoute header if present).  Inspecting the actual SIP packets should shed some light.

I have deployed ice with the sip. So when Caller sends invite with encoded SDP contents( ice candidates of caller ) ( i think this is treated as early offer), Callee responds with ringing and then ok with SDP (ice candidates of Callee) .. Problem i am facing is " Callee after responding with ok doesn't get acknowledgement ". So Callee terminates the session.
