FYI - The email only affects resiprocate users that are on Windows and
using Visual Studio.
In an effort to lower the barrier to getting started for Windows users, I
have created a new branch that uses an OpenSSL package from nuget.org.
This entirely avoids the manual effort that is currently required to get
OpenSSL supported on Windows builds. Users really have nothing manual to
do now. We did this with the boost library a while back.
I know that linking with OpenSSL is something that needs to be
consistent for whatever binaries might be generated and are using
resiprocate. So your feedback on this approach will be considered before
moving this work to main.
Note: I have only modified the VS2022 solution and project files. I have
no plans to go back and support this on older Visual Studio releases.

And provide any feedback you might have.
