[reSIProcate] Windows users: continuous integration server?

Hi all,

We're successfully using travis-ci.org for continuous integration builds
for Linux

Is anybody aware of a similar service for Windows builds?

If there is a subscription cost involved, would there be any Windows
users who would potentially contribute to sponsor this?

Or would there be somebody who has a server available and can volunteer
to run Jenkins on it?

We don't need too much dependency management or other advanced features,
just the basics:
- a build on every commit with an email to any developer if their commit
breaks the build
- a web interface where everybody can review the build logs
