[reSIProcate] Suggestion regarding c-ares and e-poll interface

Hello,
I’ve created a Pull request[1] in which I moved c-ares wrapper (AresDNS) to e-poll based interface.
Also I’ve deleted a inefficient hack code from FdPoll.cxx, which was added for supporting c-ares wrapper based on FdSetIOObserver.

Can someone review it and get to the point where it can be merged?
