[reSIProcate] architecture of telepahy-resiprocate text messages

Is there a specific reason for at [1] and [2] is used clientStack.process()
instead of clientDum.send()?
I'm asking that because when I implemented the PUBLICATION message
mechanism at UserAgent, I had to add some extra functions like post the
command to DUM thread, create ***impl() methods,....
If I need to do this with text messages maybe it's better to implement this
at UserAgent.
