[reSIProcate] DNS SRV multiple records and timeouts

Rather then keep asking about this, I just tried it, and it works.
I was not understanding how the 2nd record would be tried because with the
non whitelist version we were never seeing the 2nd record tried, so I did
not understand how it would be added to the whitelist for the next
connection attempt.
