[reSIProcate] Netxx project gone away?

I was just doing a review of reSIProcate dependencies and it appears
that Netxx has gone away

Has anyone had personal contact with the author?  Has anybody got a
clone of the upstream repository anywhere?

It appears to have been available at two places in the past, neither
currently responds:

  :pserver:anonymous at cvs.pmade.org:/webcvs (DNS error)

   rsync://netxx.cvs.sourceforge.net/cvsroot/netxx (files removed)
