[reSIProcate] problem Build resiprocate in linux

Hi,

Looks like you might be missing the db4 development files on your Ubuntu
system. Those are needed to build the repro proxy.

I don't have access to a Ubuntu system right now but looking at
http://packages.ubuntu.com/search?keywords=db4&searchon=names you might
want to try "sudo apt-get install XYZ" where XYZ is one of the "-dev"
packages listed for db4/c++.
