[reSIProcate] Support for PRACK (UAC+UAS)

Hi guys,

I'm wondering what's the current status of the support for PRACK. If I
recall correctly, UAC support is already in the mainline but UAS is still
tracked separately in a branch.

I also see that there are 2 branches which seem to relate to PRACK:

- b-dum-prack-20070410
- b-uasprack-20091103 (newer)

If you can, could you please let me know which one would be best to start
with? I might have cycles shortly to review it and see if it can get
integrated into the mainline.
