[reSIProcate] Main drive in resiprocate.org server failing

Hi guys,

Github would be terrific to encourage forks and new commits (spreading
adoption). I've been using it on some other open source projects and I like
it a lot.

Thanks for your work Philip (bringing the server back up) :)
