[reSIProcate] fail to build resiprocate under VS2008 64bit

I haven't tried a 64-bit build yet.  And I don't remember seeing any commits
from others recently to fix anything, so I don't think you will find any
difference between 1.6 and main line (trunk).  We'll have to put that on the
TODO list.  ; )
