[reSIProcate] openssl static lib linking and multiple versions of visual studio

Just wanted to mention, and it may already be known, that when supporting
multiple versions of visual studio the openssl static libs will need to be
built for each version of visual studio.  This is to ensure the same runtime
library versions are used for both openssl and resip.
