[reSIProcate] resip::Uri blissfully confused by NameAddr in c'tor

Hi,

Initializing a resip::Uri with a NameAddr does not throw a parse  
exception as one might expect. For example, initializing with the  
following:

	"random.dude (MP)" <sip:mpp-1717 at sip.sightspeed.org>

results in :

	Uri scheme:"random.dude (mp)" <sip
	Uri:"random.dude (mp)" <sip:mpp-1717 at sip.sightspeed.org
