[reSIProcate] [PATCH] Allow indialog refer requests to carrycontents

The SIP multi-party conferencing framework.

 

We are building the SIP conferencing framework and will be sending the
"Policy Blob" inside the REFER request so that the far end conferencing
focus can be told by the initiator what type of INVITE (what SDP
contents, exactly) to include in the REFER'ed INVITE for participants.

 

Also a secondary use (if we can't figure out a better way) is to include
the type of Event when issuing REFER's to SUBSCRIBE's.

The following patch adds a method to InviteSession which allows sending
an InDialog REFER with a body. Previously there was no way (that we
could figure out) to send an in-dialog REFER with a contents.
