[reSIProcate] Is PCRE project needed for Win32

No - it is only needed by repro.  You should only need ares, rutil,
resip/stack and dum.

I'm building resip 1.1 RC1 for Win32 and I only need resip and dum (no
repro).

 

Do I need to add pcre to my solution file??
