Whoever writes the code owns the copyright. Consequently, you own the
copyright on all of the files in sipdial. If third parties now make
additional contributions or enhancements to sipdial, they will own the
copyright on the portions that they contributed.

resiprocate itself owns no copyright rights and we have no intention
of ever requesting that developers assign copyright.

This should address all of the concerns. You should also add a
copyright statement to each file as well.
