[reSIProcate] Carrier Grade Resiprocate?

Does the resiprocate stack support call state replication? i.e. can the call
state machine
be duplicated for resilience?

Also, is it possible to checkpoint call states? i.e. record the state of
calls into some
non-volatile (nv) memory, so that if a process dies, it can be re-started,
read the call state
information from nv memory and carry on.
