[reSIProcate] FOSDEM - Brussels, February

We had a lot of support for packing for different platforms when we
released repro last.

For the stack, doing source packaging is a no-brainer - anyone that
wants to build those for the current release
for any platform will be greatly thanked.

Building binary packages for the libraries has been problematic in
the past, but maybe we're to the point where the
things that were biting us before (which I don't remember off the top
of my head) are no longer an issue. If anyone
else remembers or can point at the elephant, please chime in.
