[reSIProcate] Simple proxy

	Ok, looking at the logs, it appears that the same host:port that is  
in the Request-Uri (127.0.0.1:5074) is going in the topmost Via. The  
proxy's host:port (127.0.0.1:5060) needs to go in the topmost Via  
instead.
