[reSIProcate] resip-1.0 tarball download

	There is an existing tarball link on the front page of sipfoundry,  
as well as a link to the release tag. If you need to copy the tarball  
to another location for the tarball archive, go ahead. As for how the  
tarball was generated, it is an svn export of a fresh checkout from  
the release tag.
