[reSIProcate] resiprocate performance

	For everyone trying to benchmark the stack, there is a test program  
(resip/stack/test/testStack.cxx). It can be configured for  
registration or invite scenarios. Make sure to run it with logging  
turned on initially to make sure everything is configured properly,  
then once you're sure it is doing the right thing, you can get good  
performance numbers.
