[reSIProcate] Compiling on Windows, Visual Studio alternatives

Hi again:
I just wanted to add one little tweak to my MinGW+MSYS compilation resipe.
I forgot to include this in my previous post:

0) I added the public "windns.h" header to MinGW's include /folder
   (I've downloaded this from www.koders.com)
   Without this header some resiprocate sources wouldn't compile on this
   environment.

By the way I'm using g++ 3.2.3 and make 3.80 from MinGW package, on a WinXP Pro SP2 platform.
Keep going this excellent work !
