[reSIProcate] missing Contact in 180

Hi all,
I'm testing resiprocate towards a mitel phone, and for some reason it 
doesn't return a Contact-entry in the 180 response.
Resprocate refuses to create a dialog (INFO: "Cannot create a dialog, no 
Contact in 180"), and our applicaton is never called.
In RFC 3261 the Contact header is marked optional for 1xx reponses to 
INVITE, but in the stack it is obviously mandatory.
What have I missed?
