[reSIProcate] findFirstMatching codec change

Hi,

I just checked in a change to the Session::Medium class
in SdpContents.xxx.

I extended the findFirstMatchingCodec functions to be
able to also return the matching codec.

This is required to

- get the remote payload type for dynamic payloads
- compare codec parameters (e.g. mode for iLBC)

The change shouldn't breake anything.
