[reSIProcate] Resiprocate with gcc-4.0.2

Hi all,

I installed on my laptop a suse 10 with gcc-4.0.2 but with this 
configuration I can't compile the resiprocate library. The compile 
error  is the follow:

./resiprocate/Connection.hxx:59: error: ISO C++ forbids declaration of 'ConnectionManager' with no type
../resiprocate/Connection.hxx:59: error: expected ';' before '&' token


Anyone can help me to solve this problem?
