[reSIProcate] ClientSubscription and InviteSession correlation

If I understand correctly, invocation of refer on
InviteSession will be followed by callbacks on
ClientSubscriptionHandler (if it was added to DUM).
Most of this callback have as parameters
ClientSubscriptionHandle and received SipMessage. What
is right way to find out to which InviteSession these
notifications relate?
