[reSIProcate] port resiprocate to wince

Hi, all
  I'm trying to port resiprocate-0.9.0-5019 to WinCE(use eVC4.0),but here is many errors while building the "ares" project. Lots of .h files cannot be found.Is there anyone can help me out? Thanks very much!
