[reSIProcate] SDP contents interface proposed

The resip stack allows developers to sub-in their own parser for any MIME
type.
DUM locks use to SdpContents.

Perhaps we should define an interface for SdpContents and provide the
current implementation but not include it.

This would allow apps to define their own implementation, addressing, for
example, the recent issue with attribiute order.

Thoughts?
