[reSIProcate] Call for Vote: resiprocate-users

In the spirit of documenting and formally soliciting opinions, please  
respond to this thread publicly and mark your preference and add any  
comments.  In 5 days, I will tally the votes and request a new  
mailing list based on the results, sooner if I get an obvious  
supportive response from a majority of respondents.

and building applications using the stack, and/or DUM, the dialog  
usage manager library. Any
discussion not related to the development of the stack internals is
