[reSIProcate] difference between repository and public release?

2 questions:
I'm starting a project where we will port SIP to WinCE. In trying to
ascertain what OSS SIP stack to go with I noticed that there was a
significant delta between the July 18 public release of reSIProcate (0.9.0)
and the SVN repository. This even though it is only a handful of days past
the release date of the public release. What is the reason for this
substantial source delta? Or am I just underestimating the profilic project
members? :)
Secondly, if we do port reSIProcate to WinCE would the reSIProcate project
want/be willing to take these changes back?
Thanks,
Léon
