[reSIProcate] build error!

It's important that the windows runtime library you use for all of the resip
libraries you are linking together are consistent.  The .vcproj files in SVN
should all be setup to use the same Runtime Library this way.  Did you build
db_static using the .vcproj from SVN?

It's OK now! I build db_static with standard windows library(Does this make
problem?).
