[reSIProcate] Dialog::Exception derivation from BaseException is not public

Hello guys;
I have started to use your stack and some of my devices where causing
the Dialog class to through Exception, no big deal but because the
public is missing; the "catch(const BaseException &e)" will not catch
the exception. So anybody with access to source control can you please
fix this in file reciprocate\dum\Dialog.hxx .
