[reSIProcate] Failing things in resiprocate/test

Here are the current set of things that report FAIL for make check:

FAIL: testClient
FAIL: testData
FAIL: testDns
FAIL: testMem
FAIL: testRandomHex
FAIL: testSelect
FAIL: testServer
FAIL: testSipStack1
FAIL: testTransactionFSM
FAIL: testTuple
FAIL: testUri

Anybody with time, please verify that the test has found an error and 
if so
work on fixing it.

If you're particularly close to one of these tests and don't have time,
at least look at it and send in an opinion on whether we block or
put it in a known issue on the release.

If the test is no longer useful, let me know ASAP.
