[reSIProcate] renaming an existing file

Hi,

I want to rename a file to fix a misspelling.  What is correct 
procedure for doing this?  Do I just do an svn rename on my working 
copy, fix the references and then check-in?

sip/repro/BerkleyDb.cxx   ->  BerkeleyDb.cxx
sip/repro/BerkleyDb.hxx   ->  BerkeleyDb.hxx
