It looks as though the svn repository got hung.  This happens
occasionally (we see one a month or so, I think) when transactions are
interrupted.

If you believe that the repository might be hung, first check using the
web interface at http://scm.sipfoundry.org/viewsvn - if you can see the
repository that way, the problem is most likely your svn client.

If that hangs, send mail to root at sipfoundry.org or look for one of the
admins on IRC at #sipfoundry on irc.freenode.net

I just cleared up the current problem with the resiprocate repository
(we've never had any data loss when this happens).
