[reSIProcate] SVN Trouble

The day before yesterday, it was extraordinarily slow.
I haven't tried it today, yet. One of my fellow co-workers told me it 
wasn't responding at all when he tried to do an update, his TortoiseSVN 
halts for more than 20 mins and he had to kill it.
