[reSIProcate] Question on Subscription Handlers and authentication

For client subscription, the call backs are
onUpdateActive(), onUpdatePending() and
onTerminated()after receiving NOTIFY for SUBSCRIBE,
please referClientSubscription::dispatch() function.
