I try some variants but all time have syntax error

# /usr/sbin/reTurnServer --no-auth
Invalid command line parameters:
 Name/Value pairs must contain an = or a : between the name and the value
 Bad argument: --no-auth

You can use "turnserver" instead,  "turnserver --no-auth".
