[reSIProcate-users] c-ares pkg of resiprocate-1.7 does not support IPV6

Hi,

I found that c-ares included in resiprocate-1.7/contrib still uses very old release 1.1.1, and it does not support IPV6.

Here are some limits from README file:
Some features are missing from the current version of ares, relative
to the BIND resolver:

    * There is no IPV6 support.
    * There is no hostname verification.
........................


The latest c-ares release version is c-ares 1.7.5, 729KB (16-aug-2011).

Some noticeable changes from ares include:

• IPv6 support
• ...................

When will resiprocate pkg start to use c-ares 1.7.5 in order to support IPV6?
