[reSIProcate-users] How to install subversion in Linux as non-root user?

Hi All,

I am trying to install the SVN under the Linux PC whose owner is not me. I tried ./configure = <usr defined dir>. Although the APR/APR-UTIL/NEON/ZLIB succeed in 'make install', but the svn itself always fails in make install because of some unknown permission denied. 
Do you ever have such experience to install the SVN as non-root user?
