[reSIProcate-users] Audio Levels

I realize that the resiprocate stack does not process the RTP, but I was hoping that someone could point me in the right direction. (Either an RFC or forum or mailing list). I have looked at many references and cannot find anything that gives guidelines.

I'm sending out my RTP audio at a 0 dB level and it appears to be to loud for most endpoints and gateways that I have tested with. I was looking for a specification or recommendations on audio levels for RTP packets.
