[reSIProcate] Contact header and Helper::makeResponse

	It seems that Helper::makeResponse() adds a empty Contact header in  
cases where it isn't really appropriate (ie, redirect semantics):

* any 3xx response
* OPTIONS 2xx responses (has same semantics as a redirect), and  
probably other OPTIONS responses
* 485 response (similar semantics to 3xx)

        Should we teach Helper to not add a Contact header in these cases?
