Yes, I noticed it.

 

The Call Id.  from-tag are the same, and the time stamps are right. Besides there is no INVITE from this sip phone.  So I wonder if SIP ACK could be used for Register response since LINKSYS SIPURA phone is very popular and could not make this kind of silly mistake.

CSeq (in the ACK) seems to be different than that of the REGISTER msg.... check that...
