Re: [reSIProcate] Ran out of dns entries

A lot of DNS servers don't resolve localhost. This is my guess at what is going on. (Try running "dig localhost" if you're on linux or OS X, or anything else that is unix-like)

Best regards,
Byron Campen

Hello everyone,
Sorry to bother you guys again with this problem, again I get "Ran out of dns entries" when trying to send a message to a server on localhost.

if I use 127.0.0.1 as host address it works fine...
Is there a way that I can avoid that problem?
Could someone give me some hints on why this is happening?

Thank you for your help

Hello all,I got the same problem today,One moment everything is working fine, a second later I got "Ran out of dns entries" and a 503 message error on localhost...Then around one hour later it all came back to normal, I don't know what I did to mess it up and how it got fixed, but my code is still the same.Does anybody have any idea of what is causing that?Thank you Julien> Hi all,>> I am writing a small application to act as a kind of sip proxy(it wont> be a sip proxy though) but everytime I try to make a call, I end up> with a "Ran out of dns entries" and a 503 message error.> I have a small network in my apartment, 192.168.0.0/24 and I am doing> tests on it.
